Barre Cardio is a high energy, low impact, group class that will combine work at the ballet barre, toning using light weights, and bursts of cardio between.

The goal of Barre Cardio is to tone using light resistance with a focus on the glutes, legs, core and arms. The intensity can be scaled back or ramped up to your liking. This will allow all levels of fitness to join in the fun reap the benefits that Barre Cardio will offer.
