Beginning / Intermediate Yoga*

This all-levels Vinyasa yoga class links breath with movement, placing emphasis on asanas (physical postures), and on the transitions between postures.  As muscles warm, the practice promotes strength, flexibility, balance and agility. Poses for relaxation and calming end the class, leaving you grounded. This is a 60 minute class.

Yoga is held in the high-ceiling, naturally lit lower-level of Statera. Yoga mats may be provided.
