Meghan BrownPersonal Trainer
Meghan has been a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer since 2011, and a 200-hr certified yoga teacher since 2013. She earned a BSN from the University of Wisconsin, where she spent early mornings on the water with the rowing team. She combines her knowledge as an oncology nurse with her years of experience in athletics and fitness to provide clients with well-rounded workouts that are tailored to the individual's goals and abilities.
A former endurance sport devotee who qualified and ran in the Boston Marathon, she now enjoys a variety of workouts, including Olympic lifting, Crossfit, yoga, biking, and cross-country skiing. She grew up in an active family, and in 2015, completed the Birkiebeiner 51k ski race with her father, mother and sister. Meghan currently teaches boot camp and yoga at Statera, and leads personal training and small group sessions. Her specialty is in working with pre- and post-natal women, but she enjoys helping anyone she can make health and fitness a fun and consistent part of their lives.
