Combining strength training with cardiovascular intervals this class will provide a variety of balanced workouts, both supportive and challenging. All fitness levels and ages welcome. Class size is limited. This is a 60 minute class.
Cardio circuits, tabata intervals, strength moves, core work and yoga, all rolled into one 60 minute class. Each week is different and we welcome all levels of fitness, so come ready to be challenged in a supportive and welcoming atmosphere!

Bootcamp classes are held in Statera’s lower-level TRX room equipped with rubber activity flooring.
