60 minute aggressive interval training designed to improve speed, endurance, and power. Participants will be challenged to push their threshold using rpm's and hill-climbing tension to resemble outdoor training. This is a 60 minute indoor cycling class focused more on endurance. There is a mix of sprints, climbs, and intervals that test your ability to "push your limits.” The individual is ultimately in charge of how easy or difficult the workout is by adjusting your resistance. You will be guided though the class by motivating music and instruction on how to vary your ride. This is a GREAT way to cross-train and burn a lot of calories with a low impact workout. All levels welcome!
